Pectin X58.
Pectin X58 is a gelling agent for heat reversible coatings or acid fillings in confectionary. The gel obtained perfectly stands freezing and defrosting.

Ingredients: pectin E440ii, stabiliser E450I, dextrose, stabiliser E341iii.
Directions of use : 0,8 to 1,5%. Pre-mix with 5 to 8 times its weight of sugar or other powdered ingredients. Disperse into water under agitation. Complete dissolution is obtained after 15 min.
