Green tea differs from other teas by the absence of fermentation. The leaves oxydation is stopped by a technique of steam torrefaction or with a wok. Famous for its numerous virtues, green tea refreshes, stimulates, fortifies and provides a well-being sensation. Green tea is very popular in China and Japan, where it is used for therapeutic purposes. It has spread in the West where we traditionally drink black tea. Delicate and not much bitter, it has vegetal mineral, floral and fruity aromas.
