Valencia almonds are prized for being more tender, sweet, and delicate than regular almonds, with a nice buttery flavor that is due to their high oil and moisture content. They contain the same excellent health benefits as all almonds, including cholesterol-lowering monounsaturated fats. They are also an equally rich source of protein, antioxidants, iron, and calcium.

Direction of use :All our dried fruits are high-quality and at fair price,from the best places in the world (Piemont hazelnut, Marcona and Valencia almond, Perigord wazelnut, Sicilia pistachio, ...). For this reason we have chosen a bigger packaging than what you can find at the supermarket (about four times dearer and of lower quality). As dried fruits contain not much water, they can be kept in the fridge or freezer.
