Our natural hazelnut flour is made of raw hazelnuts that are ground up to a very fine consistency, similar to that of wheat and cornmeal. Hazelnut flour is particularly popular with customers on gluten-free diets, as it serves for almost all of the same uses as wheat flour. Compared to other flours, it is especially flavorful with and works with many other foods. Hazelnut flour can be used as a base in breads, pancakes, muffins, cookies, cakes, and more. It can also be used to coat meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetables.

Direction of use :All our dried fruits are high-quality and at fair price,from the best places in the world (Piemont hazelnut, Marcona and Valencia almond, Perigord wazelnut, Sicila pistachio, ...). For this reason we have chosen a bigger packaging than what you can find at the supermarket (about four times dearer and of lower quality). As dried fruits contain not much water, they can be kept in the fridge or freezer.
