Hazelnut matches with everything! Add it to your starters and salads, cheese, pesto, crumbles, fillings and sauces. In pastry, use it to preare the famous maple walnut pie but also breads, cakes, muffins, pies, clafoutis, macaroons, bread puddings. You can also add it to your jams, mueslis, granolas and other cereals.

Direction of use : All our dried fruits are high-quality and at fair price,from the best places in the world (Piemont hazelnut, Marcona and Valencia almond, Perigord wazelnut, Sicilia pistachio, ...). For this reason we have chosen a bigger packaging than what you can find at the supermarket (about four times dearer and of lower quality). As dried fruits contain not much water, they can be kept in the fridge or freezer.
