The "excellence tempura" is a special flour used to prepare the delicate japanese fritters which composed a tempura. Everything can be transformed except juicy vegetables or tomato, pork and beef that harden quickly.
Ingredients : wheat flour, corn starch, baking powder, sugar, salt, glutamate monosodium, gum.
Origin : South Korea.
Directions for use : mix 150 g of excellence tempura with 20 cL of water without seasoning.. Dip prawns, calmars, fish, vegetables in the batter and fry in hot oil to colored.
