This cream from FunCakes is lighter than buttercream. And due to its easy and quick preparation this cream is great for decorating cakes and cupcakes. But that?s not all, the cream can also be used as a filling, for example for chocolates. The FunCakes Enchanted Cream can be used straight from the fridge for several days. You also make this cream with only water, therefore it can be kept outside the fridge. Preparation: For 1 portion light cream: mix 150 g mix, 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add flavouring to your preference. The cream is suited as filling or to decorate with and can be used immediately. Produced cream can be stored in the refrigerator for 5-6 days, stir before reuse. If preferred, mix can be prepared with milk only (200 ml) or water only (200 ml). One serving of Enchanted Cream is sufficient for filling two layers and covering one Ø 25 cm cake, or for piping swirls approximately 24-30 cupcakes.
