Its round shape makes mixing chocolate easy. Made of gray composite material, stainless steel flat-bottomed round bowl. 12-litre capacity (10 kg topping), removable bowl. Stainless steel lid. lexan™, watertight, easy-to-clean control panel. Water temperature regulated by thermostat from 20 to 60°C, with thermal safety feature that shuts off the appliance when no water is present. A needle (optional ref 260590) may be fitted directly to the dipping machine so that the chocolate temperature is displayed instead of the set temperature.
