Exemple with Taïnori 64%: 2/3 Taïnori 64% + 1/3 Taïnori pure cocoa paste = 2/3 x 0,64 + 1/3 x 1 = Taïnori 76%
Ingredients: cocoa beans from Dominican Republic.
May contains traces of nuts, milk and egg proteins, gluten and peanut.
