This matcha tea with yuzu is made from a special tea : the kabusecha, a beautifull blue-green coloured tea and a softer and more balanced flavor than normal sencha. No colouring, preservatives nor any additives are used. This green tea contains a lot of elements good for health: vitamin E & C, dietary fibers, amino butyric acid, beta-carotene, fluorine & catechins. Catechins work to suppress the rise in blood sugar level and blood pressure, reduce triglycerides and cholesterol, and also work to sterilize and fix intestinal functions.
