Premium Yuzu juice powder 500 g

Market is full of yuzu powder, but it is extremely difficult even impossible to find a product which retains the freshness of yuzu with its green mandarin orange and green grapefruit notes without having an overpowering bitterness or «burnt» note at the end. It took us more than 18 months to discover a real marvel in Kôchi Prefecture. The yuzu powder we have on offer comes from rapid spray dehydratation of yuzu juice.7,5 litres of yuzu juice are needed to make 1kg of yuzu powder (dextrin is added to the powder to prevent from any oxidation or deterioration). It is strong in mouth with a perfectly balanced acidity and no bitterness, giving you a perfect yuzu freshness and flavour. Applications : to flavour ganaches, bavarois and mousses, chantilly cream, cakes and tarts but also sauces, fish, marinades, ...etc.
