Our natural almond flour is made of raw almonds that are ground up to a very fine consistency, similar to that of wheat and cornmeal. Sometimes known as almond meal, almond flour is particularly popular with customers on gluten-free diets, as it serves for almost all of the same uses as wheat flour. Compared to other flours, almond flour is especially flavorful with a nutty taste that works with many other foods. Almond flour can be used as a base in breads, pancakes, muffins, cookies, cakes, and more. It can also be used to coat meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetables.
Ingredients : 100% almonds. May contain other nuts and conservative agent : sulfites E220.
Direction of use :All our dried fruits are high-quality and at fair price,from the best places in the world (Piemont hazelnut, Marcona and Valencia almond, Perigord wazelnut, Sicilia pistachio, ...). For this reason we have chosen a bigger packaging than what you can find at the supermarket (about four times dearer and of lower quality). As dried fruits contain not much water, they can be kept in the fridge or freezer.
