Automatic portionner funnel. Designed to ensure a constant and regular distribution of portions of products with variable consistencies, such as: - sauces : mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, fruit jelly and paste, syrup and liquor, cream, coulis, etc. Accurate portion control in cooking and pastry ensures better handling of production costs, guarantees regular manufacturing quality, and causes savings by avoiding loss of ingredients. - A regular portion is released every time the handle is pressed. - The portion can be adjusted up to 20 cc (capacity of the piston chamber). Depending onproducts viscosity, the maximum portion obtained ranges from 12 to 19 g. - Graduation on the stop screw allows to mark the portion adjustment according to the recipe, in order to obtain the same portion always. - The 1.5 l polycarbonate funnel is unbreakable and heat-resistant up to 110° C. - The measuring funnel is easily detached, without any tool. All parts are made of foodsafe materials, and are dishwasher-safe. Delivered with chrome-plated steel holder.
