Frix'Air

Frix'Air. Mousses, sorbets, ice creams, sauces and soups preparing unit. For on-demand service and more complicated recipes. Grinds, mixes and blends fresh or freezed ingredients in the bowls, preserving flavour and producing a soft, velvety consistency. Creamy, soft preparations are produced on demand at an ideal temperature, bringing out the flavour of the ingredients. 180 ml bowls suitable for individual portions (Ø 72 x H 90 mm). 5 bowls of different colours make it easier to prepare and distinguish mixtures made in advance. Plastic bowls are freezer-safe, microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. Process : - Place ingredients inside the bowl. - Freeze at 20°C until needed. - Place bowl in the stainless steel base in the Frix’Air. - “Frix” the mixture for 1 or 2 minutes according to selected speed. Characteristics : - Powerful 600 watt motor enables the stainless steel blade to rotate at high speed. The cutting edge of two of the blade arms results in extremely thin portions of frozen ingredients, the other two wing-shaped arms generating a dynamic system making it possible, under pressure, to create the perfect mixture of air and ingredients.
