Thick aluminium (3 to 5 mm) for robustness and a perfectly level surface.
4 overlapping layers of coating, for intensive use.
Wide handle attached with 3 covered rivets (for perfect cleanliness).
Steel strip, epoxy coating.
Withstands up to 150°C.
