The delicious FunCakes rolled marzipan is wonderfully flexible and smooth. That's why the marzipan is easy to process and perfect to roll out. The marzipan is fine in texture and firm after rolling. This marzipan has a white color and is therefore the excellent base for coloring it yourself. Ideal for decorate cakes, cupcakes and cookies.
To be able to cover a round cake with a dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20 cm completely you need approx. 500 gram of marzipan. Before use, knead well and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
Ingredients: sugar, almonds (20%), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420, thickener: E466, invertase, food acid: E330, natural almond flavour.
May contain traces of soy and egg. This product is certified Halal.
The FunCakes marzipan is azo free.

50% sugar - 50% almonds = 1:1
67% sugar - 33% almonds = 1:2
75% sugar - 25% almonds = 1:3
80% sugar - 20% almonds = 1:4
