Candle in the Wind kit is accurately designed to create this original log that contains different layers. This kit is composed by 5 elements: a silicone mould combined with its plastic support to create the external portionable preparation of 1400 ml. The inner part is characterized by 2 different silicone inserts and a plastic support that increases the stability and the usability. Combined together you will obtain a surprising flame pattern. Silikomart Professional was selected by the USA team to develop the kit with whom Nicolas Arnaud, David Redon and Dever Frédérick competed at Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2017.
