The magic team composed by Fabrizio Donatone, Francesco Boccia and Emmanuele Forcone, after months of hard work and training, won the golden medal at the Pastry World Cup 2015 in Lyon. Silikomart Professional in collaboration with the Italian team has created a kit which enables you to reproduce the world champion chocolate entremet in a 600 ml version!
