Loaf tin Exoglass. ?5 mm widdening each side. New Generation Exoglass moulds ensure perfect cooking and easy turn-out. Solid and robust: Made from Exoglass, these moulds do not warp. Excellent heat diffusion and low inertia to heat: Regular colouring of preparations. The moulds can be handled without danger a few seconds after removing from the oven. Suitable for modern production: Can be used straight from freezer (-20°C) to oven (+250°C). Baking: On baking sheets or racks. Certain moulds are available with appropriate bases. Multipurpose: Sweet or savoury. Easy to clean: Smooth surface, stainless, hand wash and dishwasher safe. Mould preparation: No need to grease the mould if there is fat in the dough. However, we recommend greasing to add flavour and colour to the dough.
