This new series reflects the developments that have taken place in the world of cutlery and international cuisine. The Sai range therefore introduces 3 new exceptional functions: - The elegance of form, with the 7 points that recall the 7 virtues of the Samurai warriors and the ergonomics of the handle contribute to comfort and optimum safety. - A 3-layer blade, consisting of a very hard central core to guarantee a rigid blade, surrounded by 2 layers of softer corrosion resistant stainless steel. The outer edges of the blade are produced from the same steel as the handle, ensuring that the whole blade is even more solid. - The individually hammered finish is not only elegant but designed so that the small hollows create pockets of air enabling the pass through the sliced food without sticking.
