Comb for yule log stainless steel.
This scraper specially shaped to suit the round MATFER 80 mm wide yule log moulds and helps to make mousse-based or ice based double flavoured yule logs. The 1st flavour can be spread and smoothened in a regular and uniform manner in the mould. The remaining space then just needs to be filled with the 2nd flavour by smoothening with the spatula. Thus the yule log looks perfect when cut. Stainless steel.
