This model with a large work top is designed for all sugar work and more particularly for easier working with ribbon.
- 2 glass ceramicbulbs mounted on flexible tubes, with 3 level power setting for perfectly controlling the temperature of the sugar.
- Heating zone under the work top, at the rear, width of 10mm with 3 level power setting (temperature up to 70°C) to keep the sugar warm.
- Work top GN1/1, 530 x 325 mm, with Exopat non stick mat. - Work top raised on feet and very stable, for improved working comfort.
- Drawers for storing accessories under the tub (bac PC GN1/2 P : 100). Height without lamps: 180 mm.
