Excellent heat diffusion and low inertia to heat: Regular colouring of preparations. The moulds can be handled without danger a few seconds after removing from the oven. Suitable for modern production: Can be used straight from freezer (-20°C) to oven (+250°C). Baking: On baking sheets or racks. Certain moulds are available with appropriate bases. Multipurpose: Sweet or savoury. Easy to clean: Smooth surface, stainless, hand wash and dishwasher safe. Mould preparation: No need to grease the mould if there is fat in the dough.
