Much used by professionals, these concentrate aromas will increase the flavour of your sweet preparations (yogurt, cream, mousse, ice cream, frosting, biscuit, ...) or savoury dishes (sauce, cream, soup, vinaigrette, ...) but also enable to create original combinations.
Each bottle has a dropper and a measure cup (except 58 mL) for an easier use.
Direction of use: 0,1 to 1% of your preparation, according to aromas (quantity indicated on the bottle). In baked preparations, increase the quantity of aroma according to cooking time and temperature.
