Stemed from the prestigious Alsatian vine, the marc of Gewurztraminer is distilled in copper stills according to a traditional method, and has won many national and international awards. This marc reveals a musky flavour with notes of rose, liquorice and spices. This powerful eau de vie reflects the warmth of Alsatian vineyards. Eau de vie are traditionnally offered at the end of a meal and must be served very cold, almost frozen.
